This Privacy Policy describes how Elevate Clients Inc. ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use ElevateInboxes.com or any service operated by us (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including but not limited to: name, email address, billing address, hashed password, payment information processed through our payment provider, domains you supply for setup, platform and registrar credentials you provide to enable provisioning, and any other information you submit through the Service.

We collect information automatically when you use the Service, including IP address, device and browser identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, time spent, and actions taken. We may use cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies to collect this information.

We may also receive information about you from third parties, including our payment processor, fraud prevention services, and analytics providers.

How we use information

We use the information we collect for any lawful business purpose, including to: provide and operate the Service; process transactions; communicate with you about your account, orders, and the Service; send transactional and operational emails; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; conduct analytics and improve the Service; and any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or for which we obtain your consent.

Sharing of information

We may share your information with: subprocessors that operate the Service on our behalf, including hosting, database, payment processing, email, file storage, and provisioning vendors; professional advisors including lawyers, accountants, and auditors; government authorities, regulators, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to enforce our Terms, or necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of any third party; and any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information we process, including encryption of credentials at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as we deem necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for any other lawful business purpose. We may retain certain information after account closure, including for tax, audit, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

Your choices

You may update certain account information by signing in to your account. You may close your account by contacting us at hello@elevateclientsinc.com. Closure does not require us to delete information that we are entitled or required to retain.

To the extent applicable law (including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act, GDPR, or similar laws) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information, you may exercise those rights by contacting us at hello@elevateclientsinc.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may require verification of your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer and processing.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at hello@elevateclientsinc.com.

Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them.

Changes to this Policy

We may modify this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. Modifications take effect when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance.
